Artist, Seller, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to Anne Anthony Art. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. Services, Site, Website refers to purchasing and viewing content on this website.

We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions whenever you visit our Website.

GENERAL:

You represent that you are (a) at least 18 years of age, (b) of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3) not a person barred from entering into contracts under your local jurisdiction. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card, Google and Apple Pay. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

The content available through this Website (including, without limitation: logo, design, images, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof) is the exclusive property of and owned by Anne Anthony Art.
The Artist retains all copyright, reproduction and moral rights to the artwork, even after sale. This means that the Buyer cannot reproduce the artwork at any time.
The sale of the artwork does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Buyer.
The Buyer shall not reproduce, distribute, or display the artwork for commercial purposes without the prior written and signed consent of the Seller.
The Buyer shall not alter, damage or use the art work in a derogatory manner. You agree that you will not use, nor will you allow or authorize any third party to use Anne Anthony Art website for any purpose that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene way or in any other inappropriate way or in a way which conflicts with the Website or the Services.

AUTHENTICITY AND OWNERSHIP:

The Artist warrants that the work is original and accurately described to the best of the Artist’s capacity.

CONTENT THAT YOU SUBMIT THROUGH THE WEBSITE:

You represent that all of the information, data and other materials you provide on this Website or to Anne Anthony Art through any other means are true, accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for updating and correcting the information you have provided on this Site, as appropriate.
You may not use a false email address or other identifying information, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content that you submit. Some features that may be available on this Site may require registration. By registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.

PRICING AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Original art will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Promo codes must be used before their expiry date to be accepted.

SHIPPING AND LIABILITY:

We are responsible for arranging the delivery of the artwork to the Buyer’s specified location, using a reputable shipping service.
Shipping charges will be added to the cost of the item on checkout.

COMMISSIONED WORK:

Any commissioned work requires a non-refundable deposit- 50% of the total cost will be paid by the buyer before the work begins. The final balance will be due before shipping the artwork.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

ARTWORK APPEARANCE

Colors of the artwork and certain details may vary slightly from the screen to physical artwork due to screen calibration, lighting difference and since these are hand - made works.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Anne Anthony Art will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
