Shipping and Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Anne Anthony Art. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

 

1. All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:

1. Currently, Anne Anthony Art ships to the following locations:

   1. United Arab Emirates

   2. Saudi Arabia

   3. Qatar

   4. Bahrain

   5. Kuwait

   6. Oman

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:

​

1. Anne Anthony Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

2. The prices on Anne Anthony Art do not include shipping tax and users will be charged if applicable based on the charges in their respective countries. The shipping company will be in touch with the buyer informing them of any payable taxes and customs.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Returns in the case of defect are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item and can be shipped back at the Buyer's expense-for either a replacement or a refund.

2. Buyers are requested to inspect work and report any defect immediately on arrival of the package. Please send an email with attached images of defect to anne.anthony.art@outlook.com.

3. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.

4. Refunds and replacements will be processed as soon as the item is received by Anne Anthony Art. Refunds will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Replacements can be ordered again, as soon as original item is received by us. Replacement will be sent at no shipping charges to customer.

6. No refunds or replacements will be issued 7 days of receiving the item by the client.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING/ LOST PACKAGE 

 

Anne Anthony Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
